Terms of Sale

"Company", "us" refers to ApeSnap.com, its parent company, Hitchoo Pte. Ltd, our agents and employees. The terms for the purchasing of tickets on ApeSnap.com and its affiliated websites are subject to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and also the following terms:

TRANSFER, RESALE OR EXCHANGE. No transfer, resale or exchange of tickets will be allowed.

LIABILITY. We are only the agent for the event organizers/ location owner, as such, you agree that we will not be liable or responsible to you or any third person for death, personal injury, any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result, whether in tort, contract, statutory law that is (i) connected in any way to our Service (ii) related to another user of our Services or a third party's conduct, use or inability to use our Services (iii) howsoever caused. This includes the situation where the event is cancelled by the event organizer, i.e. we are not liable or responsible for refunds if an event is cancelled.

You agree that the Event Organiser and location owner or resident, their agents and employees shall not be liable or responsible to you or any third person for death, personal injury, any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result (including without limitation indirect, punitive or consequential loss whatsoever, loss of business, opportunity, data or profits whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable), whether in tort (including without limitation, negligence), contract, statutory law that is (i) connected in any way to their Service (ii) related in any way to the use, inability to use or the consequences of using their Services.

REFUND. You will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price from the event organizer if the following conditions are fulfilled:

1. The event has been cancelled and a cancellation notice will be sent to the email address, if any, that you provided when you purchased the ticket.
2. Refunds, if any, will only be refunded back via the same payment method that was used to pay for the ticket. If a request for refund is made 3 months after the cancelled event's start date, there will be a admin fee of 20% of the ticket price. Unclaimed funds or refund requests that arrive after 6 months will be invalid. Unclaimed funds after 6 months will be put to uses that we deem best.
3. The event has not yet started.
4. Handling and processing fees are non-refundable.

APPROPRIATE USE AND BEHAVIOUR. Event Organisers have the right to remove any person, or to refuse entry to any person, without the need for refund and compensation if the person's behavior violates items 3, 4, and 11 under 'Acceptable Use' in our Terms of Use.

The Event Organiser has the right to admit event attendees only at suitable breaks in order not to affect the attention/ enjoyment of other event attendees.

The Event Organiser is also allowed to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event if there are dangerous or potentially dangerous occurrences, bad weather, or similar circumstances that are beyond his control.

DISPUTE. Any disputes regarding your ticket and event should be first channeled to the event organizer for resolution. Only when both parties are unable to resolve their differences will we step in. We have the right, but not the obligation, to mediate and decide if and when there is conflict between users of our Services. By using our Service, you agree that we have the authority to mediate and decide on what is an equitable solution for all involved parties. You agree to submit information as required by us, abide by the decision that we make, and that our decision is final.

SEVERABILITY AND ASSIGNMENT. If any of the terms in this Agreement should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by the applicable court then such term shall be severed and the remaining Agreement shall survive and remain in full force and effect, continuing to be binding and enforceable.

GOVERNING LAW. The laws of the Republic of Singapore shall govern the validity, interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Agreement. In the event of dispute, mediation and adjudication will be in Singapore. If one party wishes to bring an action against the other party, the location of the court/s will be in Singapore.
